A LIVELY young dog is looking for a loving new owner from the West Lothian area to call his own this week.
Staff at Dogs Trust in West Calder are looking for a new home for Angus, a two-year-old Lakeland Terrier.
Angus has lived in a home all of his life and is a very happy little dog, who loves to be busy.
The Trust say that Angus needs a home with owners who are very active and can keep this young terrier’s quick mind occupied.
He is house-trained and happy to be left home alone and enjoys playing and loves cuddles and human attention.
However, Angus is not good around other dogs or livestock and needs an adult-only home.
Susan Tonner, rehoming centre manager said, however, that he would make a super pet for some local household.
She continued “Angus is a very special little terrier as he has been bred from working farm stock and so needs an active home, used to this breed of terrier.”
Angus is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped and comes with insurance and free behavioural advice.
If anyone in the local area can offer this lively little dog a home, please contact the centre direct on 01506 873459.
The Dogs Trust at West Calder always have a number of dogs for rehoming and local people are encouraged to pay the centre a visit and have a look at the dogs on offer.
All dogs detailed may have had several homes and their history refers to none specifically.
Dogs Trust always have good homes for puppies. If you need help with a litter please call the centre.
HOME LOVER: Angus is looking for a caring new owner to give him the home he deserves.
