AN exhibition is coming to West Lothian to commemorate 100 years of the Girl Guides.
The exhibition will run from August this year until March 2011 and will rotate around five different libraries during that time, at Broxburn, Blackridge, Whitburn, Linlithgow and Armadale.
The guides are looking for people to help with the exhibition and anyone who has Girl Guiding memorabilia that they could lend.
This could include badges, old uniforms, handbooks, pictures, awards or trophies – anything that can help show the development of Girl Guiding in West Lothian over the past century.
They are also interested in hearing from anyone who would like to volunteer during the next couple of years. The centenary anniversary year is 2010.
