Police appeal for rape witnesses

Police have appealed for witnesses after a young woman was snatched as she used a cash machine and raped.

The 21-year-old was dragged from Glasgow's Argyle Street into a nearby lane in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Strathclyde Police said the woman had left her friends to use an ATM near Wellington Street when she was approached by the man.
