'Time running out' for projects

The Scottish Government is "running out of time" to deliver new public building projects under its flagship Scottish Future's Trust (SFT), it has been claimed.

It comes after reports that a report by local government body Cosla brands the SFT as "lacking substance" and was "not in any position" to fund new projects.

They have now set up their own task force to look into the issue, according to the Scotland on Sunday newspaper.
