Whisky firm Diageo is facing fresh political pressure to rethink controversial plans to shut its Johnnie Walker bottling factory.
Scottish Secretary Jim Murphy is due to meet chief executive Paul Walsh to try and stop hundreds of workers losing their jobs at the Kilmarnock plant.
Mr Murphy said: "If Diageo walk away from the home of Johnnie Walker it will not only be a huge mistake for the company, but also a tragedy for those who made the brand what it is."
