'Alcohol plans breach trade laws'

Minimum pricing for alcohol could fall foul of international trade laws, according to the European Commission.

Legal analysis obtained by the Tories indicates that the Scottish Government plans could breach World Trade Organisation (WTO) and EU laws.

And the party called on the SNP administration to consign the controversial proposals "to the dustbin".
