Discovery could help allergy deaths

Scientists have made a discovery which could lead to a major drop in allergy deaths.

Anaphylaxis is an allergic reaction caused by such things as peanuts, bee stings or latex which can prove fatal.

Researchers at Glasgow University have successfully pinpointed the molecule which amplifies the symptoms of shock, and developed a way to combat it.
