Swinney to visit Japan
Finance secretary John Swinney is to visit Japan this week to help improve business links, it was confirmed.
Life sciences, manufacturing, electronics and food and drink will be among the sectors targeted by the cabinet secretary during the three day trip.
He will also make a major speech at Tokyo University on Scotland's efforts to tackle climate change.
