Giuliani to visit Glasgow

Former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani will visit Scotland later this year to address a major business gathering.

Giuliani, often credited with turning around the fortunes of the largest US city during his term, will speak at an event hosted by the Scottish Council for Development and Industry (SCDI) in Glasgow in November.

The lawyer and businessman will address around 850 delegates on the challenges of modern leadership following his stint as mayor from 1994 to 2001, when the city was devastated by the Twin Tower attacks.
