Neil warning over housing policy

Housing Minister Alex Neil has warned that "radical measures" are needed to address a looming spending squeeze.

This has contributed to the Government`s housing policy facing a "crossroad", Mr Neil told industry leaders.

It emerged that the money allocated to building affordable houses in Scotland is facing a £140 million cut this year.
