Man held over roadside drill attack
A teenager has been arrested in connection with a man being assaulted with a power drill.
James Hanlon, 26, was attacked in Stepps, North Lanarkshire, on August 22.
Two cars hit his vehicle and he was then attacked by a group of men in Cumbernauld Road.
