Charities seek £20bn tax on banks

Charity campaigners have dressed as Robin Hood to demand UK banks pay a £20 billion tax back to society.

Supporters of Oxfam Scotland gathered outside HSBC in the centre of Glasgow before visiting other banks in the city, to highlight their call for the financial sector to pay its "fair share".

The action comes during the banks' financial reporting season and amid the continuing intense public scrutiny of bankers' bonuses.
