The Scottish Government has said it is standing by to provide forensic support and counselling in Norway in light of last week's bombing and shooting massacre.
The Government has been keeping in "very regular contact" with the Norwegian authorities after the events of last Friday, when 76 people were killed in Oslo and on Utoya island.
External Affairs Secretary Fiona Hyslop updated members of the cabinet and First Minister Alex Salmond during a meeting in Fort William on Thursday, in relation to the offers of help made to Norway's government.
