Fake corpse sparks murder hunt

A DIRECTOR shooting an amateur horror film sparked a murder hunt when he buried a fake corpse in woods.

The incident took place near Stevenage in Hertfordshire, when 29-year-old director, Geoff Searle left the false corpse partially buried and went for a break.

A passing teenager, noticed the gory scene and contacted police.
