A WOMAN has sued the bakers of Hovis bread after she discovered part of an oven glove in a loaf.
The Northern Irish woman had toasted a slive of white bread and as she began to eat it, she realised there were pieces of thread through it.
A court heard that the woman contacted her council after the December 2008 incident.
Bakers Premier Foods admitted breaking environmental health laws and apologised.
