WEST Lothian Community Health and Care Partnership (CHCP) has appointed Ian Quigley as their new Head of Social Policy.
He has had a long-standing career within West Lothian Council and West Lothian CHCP, the most recent role being Senior Manager Adults and Planning.
In his new role he will be responsible for council services within West Lothian CHCP.
Jim Forrest, Director of the CHCP said: “The CHCP is delivering and will continue to deliver the highest quality health and social care. “
Executive Councillor for Health and Care, Ellen Glass said: “I would like to offer my congratulations to Mr Quigley on his appointment. We are confident his energy and enthusiasm will drive social policy to new levels of achievement.”
Isabel Hutton, Executive Councillor for Social Policy added: “I congratulate Ian on his appointment and I look forward to working with Ian in relation to child protection, youth criminal justice and caring for our elderly.”
Ian said he was delighted to have been given the opportunity.
He commented: “I have worked in West Lothian for many years and I am looking forward to the challenges this new role will bring.”
