A DOG who needs an owner with plenty of time to devote to her is looking for a new home.
Patsy is an eight-year-old crossbreed who has lived in a home all of her life but sadly was handed over to Dogs Trust West Calder for being unhappy when left alone.
No one asks about her but the staff and volunteers love her.
She is affectionate, enjoys being with people, loves to play and to go for walks and is good in the car.
However, she is not keen on other dogs and needs to avoid them.
Patsy is a very sensitive wee dog who is scared of loud noises and the wind and needs a loving home where she can chill out and feel safe.
Susan Tonner, rehoming centre manager, said: “It’s very sad but the truth is no one asks about Patsy. We think this may be because she is challenged in the fluffy looks department.
“However, the staff and volunteers think she is beautiful and Patsy is a favourite dog in the centre.”
Patsy is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped and comes with insurance and free behavioural advice. Dogs Trust will pay Patsy’s vet bills for the remainder of his life.
If you can offer Patsy or any of the other 60 dogs a home, please contact the centre direct on 01506 873459.
Dogs Trust always have good homes for puppies. If you need help with a litter please call the centre.
All dogs detailed may have had several homes and their history refers to none specifically.
