PUPILS from Livingston schools had the chance to speak up when they took part in an event to mark European Day of Languages.
The children from the six primary schools in the Inveralmond Community High School cluster joined together with some pupils from S1 and S2 to mark the event.
The day was organised by the Modern Languages Committee for the Inveralmond Cluster and took place in the new assembly hall at Inveralmond.
Each group of pupils did a presentation on the activities that had taken place in their school to mark the occasion.
The audience were treated to an array of activities such as songs, games and poems as well as viewing some beautiful artwork and learning many interesting facts.
The pupils and staff had a wonderful time sharing good practice, meeting new friends and even learning some words in a new language.
Pictured are pupils and staff from Harrysmuir, Letham, Riverside Toronto, Livingston Village and Peel Primaries along with the pupils from Inveralmond.
