EX-SERVICEMEN took part in a special ceremony on Sunday to re-dedicate the war memorial in Livingston.
The memorial has been moved to just outside the new civic centre and a service was held to mark the move, with local churchmen joining the Livingston branch of the Royal British Legion at the event.
Right Rev David Gillham, Father Jeremy Bath, Rev Graham Smith and Rev Eileen Thompson dedicated the memorial and led prayers at the ceremony.
Hymns, and readings took place before the Last Post and Piper’s Lament were played and the National Anthem marked the end of the ceremony and the final parade.
