Motor sport: Marino Franchitti’s new ride unveiled

BATHGATE race ace Marino Franchitti’s new ride has been revealed.

Franchitti will be behind the wheel of a LMP2 Mazda/Lola B08 86 coupe, pictured, for his second consecutive season with Dyson Racing in the 2009 American Le Mans Series.

There are less than three weeks to go until Marino’s first race of the season — the 12 Hours of Sebring on Saturday, March 21, at Sebring’s International Raceway in Florida.

Last time out Marino finished second and hopes to go one better this time around.
