THE fixtures for the forthcoming West Lothian County Cricket Association cricket season have been received with all league matches and Scottish Cup clashes confirmed.
In each of the three leagues the matches start on Saturday, May 1, and continue until Saturday, August 28.
County First XI start with a home match at Boghall in the SNCL Second Division against the team they played their final match of the 2009 season against Weirs from Glasgow.
In July the second half of the league season starts and fixtures go into reverse until the end of the season.
County Second XI start their East League Division Three fixtures with an away match against Clackmannan County First XI at The Arns.
And County Third XI start their East League Division Three fixtures with an away match against Marchmont Second XI at Calvary Park.
In the Scottish Cup, County First XI have been handed a home draw in the First Round with a tie against Premier Division Grange at Boghall on Sunday, May 9.
In the Murgitroyd/Masterton Trophy, County have an away match in the first round against Edinburgh before May 21.
It is only three months until the league campaign gets underway but before then there will be a couple of weekends in the second half of April for warm up matches in preparation for the season.
