THE Scottish School of Wrestling are brining West Lothian fight fans another super slice of grappling fun when Summersmash hits Bathgate this weekend.
The latest body slamming installment of SSW wrestling action has been confirmed for Bathgate Scout Hall on Saturday, July 10, and all for the amazing price of £5.
Already confirmed for the show is Irish Cruiserweight Bingo Ballance.
He is certainly one star to look out for after he rose through the IWW (Irish Whip Wrestling) with current WWE Champion Sheamus.
Bingo is currently one of the top Cruiserweights in Europe and his match with SSWs highly-rated daredevil Ken Adams could be a match of the year contender.
Elsewhere on the bill, there is a return to the SSW for the vastly experienced Dave Kidney.
The world’s oldest active wrestler at 79 has vowed to use his 65 years of experience to show that age is no barrier in the unforgiving world of the squared circle.
Effen Awesome, the new 24/7 Hardcore Champion, who won the belt at Wrestlewars last month in the first ever Warzone match, will be putting his title on the line in his first on show title defence since becoming champion.
As per the stipulations of the brand new title, Awesome has to defend the belt 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 356 days a year.
As a result he must carry the gold around with him at all times and title matches and title changes can happen at any time and at any location.
With this in mind the question isn't just can Effen defend the title on the show, it is will he defend it until the show?
Tickets will be available at the door and for more information visit www.spwo.co.uk
