Equestrian opportunity for Abbie

A BATHGATE student will be taking centre stage at the Scottish National Equestrian Centre this weekend.

Horse rider Abbie Aitken will be taking part in a series of riding demonstrations and clinics during the Oliver Townend equestrian festival.

The Oatridge College student who has been taking part in an HND, will show off her skills at the prestigious event.

The festival of equestrian talent and family fun is one of the biggest occasions staged at the international-standard SNEC since its opening in 2007 and will take place between Saturday and Sunday.
