Livingston are on the search for a new main sponsor with Fasteq stepping aside at the end of the season.
Livingston are now on the lookout for a new sponsorship deal, and Chief Executive Ged Nixon reckons it is a perfect time for a company to get involved.
He said: “This is a very exciting time in Scottish football with league reconstruction around the corner.
“The club is enjoying recognition nationally for our style of football, and players are getting international call-ups.
“We also have the added benefit of having John Collins at the club as Director of Football.
“It’s a great time to be involved in Livingston Football Club.
“This is a great opportunity for a new sponsor to benefit.
“Losing them as a main sponsor is disappointing but it opens up real opportunities for another sponsor.
“They showed faith in Livingston FC and the new board and management, at a time when there wasn’t exactly a queue.”
“They stepped up to the plate - we will never forget that.”
Fasteq started backing Livi in the year they were dumped into Division 3. But changes within Fasteq has led to them announcing they will not be renewing the deal.
Fasteq Customer Service Director Rona Haig said: “It is with regret that Fasteq will not be renewing the option of Main Sponsor at Livingston Football Club next Season.
“The board of directors at Fasteq would personally like to thank all at LFC for making our term a very enjoyable experience and wish them continued success for the future.
“We still wish to retain an association with LFC.”
