THE Italian revolution of Livingston FC begins in Perth after the new season’s fixtures handed the Lions a tough opening day clash.
Livingston’s third bid for the First Division title since their relegation from the top flight in 2006 begin with an away battle at McDiarmaid Park against last season’s Scottish Cup semi-finalists, St Johnstone.
The Lions first home game comes a week later when newly-promoted Ross County travel to Almondvale.
And as well as being the first home match for the new owners and manager Roberto Landi, former Livingston forward Steven Craig will be leading the line for the Highland side.
