Livingston's season ends on a damp note

Livingston 2 Queen of the South 2

LIVINGSTON'S season ended on a damp note as they surrendered a two-goal lead at rain-lashed Almondvale.

Livi came out with all guns blazing, scoring twice in the opening eight minutes through David Winters and a penalty from Leigh Griffiths.

But the Dumfries side worked their way back into the game, played on a sodden turf, and Stevie Tosh halved the lead on the hour mark. Just a few minutes later, Gerry McLaughlin scored a fine goal to equalise.
