Kids love Livingston FC in the Community

MORE than 30 youngsters took part in the latest Livingston FC in the Community holiday camp during the October school holiday.

The assembled kids were put through their paces by the community coaching team, enhancing their skills over the five training sessions.

The kids were delighted when players Andy Halliday and Sheldon Jacobs came along to pass on their knowledge and experience to them.

The next holiday camp is already being planned with a special event pencilled in for between the Christmas and New Year holidays.

In the meantime, young fans have the opportunity to sample a special matchday at Almondvale with the ever popular ‘Kids Matchday Package’.

The package, priced at £30, includes a two-hour coaching session on the Fieldturf, a chance to meet the players, lunch and a not to be missed chance for all participants to strut their stuff on the Almondvale pitch at half-time.

The package is available for the games against Stranraer (December 5), Forfar Athletic (December 12) and East Stirlingshire (Boxing Day).
