Under 19s sponsorship deal with Courier

THE West Lothian Courier gave plenty of backing to Livingston’s title-winning Under-19s last season, now we’ll be right behind them again this term – quite literally.

The Courier will feature on the back of the championship winning side’s shirts after being pulled out in the Under-19 side’s recent sponsorship draw.

Mulholland Plant Services Ltd was first name out of the hat, handing them the main sponsorship on the front of the shirts, with Ambassador Group emblazoned on the shorts.

The Head of Youth Development at Livingston, Brian Welsh, said: “We haven’t had a lot of sponsorship in the past, so we were really thrilled when we were told there was going to be a draw.

“The team are doing really well at the moment, going for our fifth straight title win, so this is an added bonus.”

David Mulholland, of Mulholland Plant Services Ltd, said: “We look to support the club in whatever way we can and it’s a real bonus to have our name on the strip.”

The strips were delivered to Livingston’s young guns last week, a month after the draw was made at a match against Raith Rovers.
