WILLIE Hill has been delighted with the form of ex-Scotland winger Andy McLaren during his trial with the club but he has still to decide whether to offer him a long-term deal at Creamery Park.
The Bathgate boss has said he will make a decision over the weekend and he has revealed that he still hopes to add two or three additional faces to the squad.
He said: “Andy is in our thoughts for Saturday and we will decide whether to offer a long-term deal next week.
“Even if we do sign Andy I feel we need two or three other players. Our target squad is 20 and we only have 17 at the moment so we are a bit thin.
“We have been scoring plenty goals but I feel we need a bit of physical presence in midfield and at the back.”
