Broxburn through to second round of Fife and Lothians Cup

DAVID MORRISON grabbed the only goal of the game as Broxburn edged out Oakley to book their place in the second round of the Fife and Lothians Cup.

Oakley went into the game as clear favourites but the form book when out the window when Morrison slammed the ball into the back of the net and handed Broxburn a second-round clash with Superleague side Bathgate Thistle.

The Premier League side will need to make the trip to Bathgate for the clash knowing their opponents will again be favourites.

But after knocking Oakley out of the cup, hopes will be high.
